Refreshing moringa salad dressing
Salad dressings have a long and colourful history, dating back to ancient times. The Babylonians used oil and vinegar for dressing greens nearly 2,000 years ago. Egyptians favoured a salad dressed with oil, vinegar and Asian spices. Mayonnaise is said to have made its debut at a French Nobleman’s table over 200 years ago.

Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 garlic clove
- Lemon juice to taste
- A dash of oil
- ¼ tea spoon of “Waka” Moringa Stenopetala powder
- Coriander / Parsley
Crash the garlic in a mortar with salt adding afterwards pepper, oil, lemon juice, coriander (parsley) and finally our “Waka” moringa Stenopetala powder.
Dress your salad with the juice.
