Pomegranate moringa blast
The pomegranate fruit, when tossed at the ground, will break and splatter the seeds around the surrounding area. The French actually named a military grenade after the fruit for obvious reason.
Preparation time: 5min
Ingredients for 1 person
- 1 slice of rye, spelt or multigrain bread
- ½ avocado
- ½ pomegranate
- White cheese
- “Waka” Moringa Stenopetala powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Olive oil
Cut a slice of bread. The type of bread is a personal taste but preferably brown or multigrain bread. Open a ripe fresh avocado, get out the meat of half of it and spread it on the slice of bread. Remember to keep the second half fresh in the fridge for the day after. Cover with a second layer of a slice of white cheese. Add some pomegranate crops and season with some olive oil and salt. Sprinkle the top with cayenne pepper, pepper and fresh “Waka” moringa stenopetala powder.
