Ingredients for 8 people
• 350gr of wheat flour
• 250gr of butter
• 4 tablespoons of apple vinegar
• A bit of salt
• 2 tea spoons of “Waka” Moringa Stenopetala powder
• 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
• 1 egg yolk
Make a whole into the wheat flour inside a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients except from the egg yolk on this whole. Stir tenderly until obtaining a smooth paste. Set aside to rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven. Roll the dough out with a rolling pin on a previously floured surface until the dough is ½ cm thin. Cut the dough helped by the shaped moulds and put on a baking sheet.
Cover the biscuits with a layer of egg yolk and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C until brown. Decorate with coloured sprinkles. Allow to cool and ready to serve.
